ABOUT US

Mask Transport, LLC, is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for Amazon Logistics, operating in Salem, OR since June 9th, 2020. At the beginning of launch, our company started with 5 routes and 10 drivers, and over the course of 4 years, we have reached up to 60 routes in a day and have employed more than a 100 delivery associates. We are obsessive about delivering Smiles to customers and currently deliver in Salem, Stayton, Jefferson, Albany, Harrisburg, and surrounding cities!

CAREER

Mask Transport, LLC, is a Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver local packages. Delivery Drivers strive to get every package order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full-time opportunities!

Company Vehicle & Uniforms Provided! No CDL Required! Excellent Benefits Package!

Paid training. Weekly pay. Drivers start at $23.25 per hour. Performance based Bonuses. Approximate hours are 10:00am to 8:15pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. Full time includes 1 weekend shift plus 3 weekday shifts.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Delivery Driver is to deliver packages with a smile on an assigned route.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 21 years of age or older

• Possess a Valid Driver License

• Must consent to a criminal and DMV background check *7yr history

• Must consent to a 5-panel drug test *includes THC testing

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to operate and navigate up to a 10,000-pound van

• Ability to effectively operate a smart phone and GPS

• Excellent verbal communication

• Customer service mindset (Customer Obsessed!)

• Sense of urgency (self-motivated)

• Strong time management skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail oriented

• Quick problem solver

• Team player with Positive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 11 hours long.

• Able to walk approximately 8-10 miles per day

• Ability to climb in and out of vehicle up to several hundred times per shift.

• Capable of carrying packages from vehicle to drop site, including up and down stairs with packages weighing up to 50 pounds

• Ability to drive in hot and cold climates, inclement weather, and at night.
